Our LEGO Serious Play (LSP) workshops immerse participants in a creative approach to boosting communication, innovation and business performance through active learning. Workshop participants will engage in hands-on activities, learning to facilitate group discussions and problem-solving sessions, by using the LSP method.

The introductory workshop covers the fundamental principles of LEGO Serious Play and its practical applications in enhancing team dynamics, improving communication, and fostering creative thinking. It equips participants with the knowledge and tools to use the LSP method for unlocking team potential through collaboration and imagination.

In addition to our introductory LSP workshop our team can design bespoke workshops based on the LEGO Serious Play Real Time Strategy and/or Real Time Identity methods, for your organisation’s specific needs.
