MTU’s REEdI METAversity is an always‑open, immersive 3D virtual environment built on the ENGAGE platform. Designed to enhance accessibility and engagement, the METAversity can be explored from a phone, laptop, or VR headset—allowing users to engage at their own pace, from any location. Visitors can navigate a virtual campus that showcases MTU’s MT834 Engineering portfolio, including programme content, entry requirements, and examples of previous Engineering Challenge Projects. This immersive space brings course material to life, offering prospective students, parents, and educators a unique way to experience engineering education in an interactive, future-focused format. The METAversity supports self-guided exploration as well as live, hosted sessions, making it a valuable outreach and engagement tool that complements traditional information delivery with a dynamic, virtual alternative.
